Vitality is literally THE WORST company I have interacted with in my life. THEY WILL NEVER refer you to a specialist, telling you that you need to go to a public practice first, EVEN IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS THAT ARE INTERFERING WITH YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE.
