Rules and regulations easily missed

I was impressed by the service offered, but having used this service last over6 years ago I was not aware that I would be charged a "reactivated" service charge of the £14.99 amount, it was not made clear that this would occur .Naughty!! Reviewed on: 21st May 2024

We only offer a free trial to new customers – you can’t have repeated free trials of our service. At the point of reactivation, our site states ‘To restart your service your card will be charged £14.99 today and every month thereafter until you cancel’. The Checkmyfile subscription reflects the cost of obtaining your data from the credit reference agencies, as well as the value of our expert analysis and the support we provide.
