Not too good

I have been a customer for 14 years (and have had a few other problems during that time) and called in to sort out what I thought would be a very simple problem - out of the blue they have started sending me letters every time a basic transfer is made! To tried to go through security but some questions referred to facilities I have never used - e.g. cards. They asked me to call in again - I did with same result. After demanding to speak to complaints, complaints said that they couldn't log the complaint because security was not passed, and the only possible way was to waste time physically visiting a branch!! So catch-22 and no result. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2018
