High fees for a reasonable app

Only Starling have a better featured mobile banking app but Monzo fall down on customer service response times (can be days) and the absurd fees they charge (50p / day to be over drawn by a small amount or £1 to deposit a small amount of cash) - those prices aren't challenging anything in this industry Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

Best bank I have ever used

I have tried a number of traditional and challenger banks over the past but few years and Starling is hands down the best out there. Fantastic app, excellent service, no fees and the richest feature set. Add the free post office counter services and you have the winner. The traditional banks cannot match the app and Monzo over charge for over drafts and cash deposits Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

Best bank ever

Nothing else compares. Fantastic app, can manage everything on my phone and see exactly where my money is going. Also they don't hit me with random fees. Can't fault. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018
