Pleasant banking experience

Simple one of if not the greatest Banks in the UK, the banks are always super welcoming, the colleagues are always on hand should you need any assistance. In the modern era of banking I love that I can bank both face to face & digitally. Can you get a replacement card within 5-10 minutes printed in the bank which is a life saver.
