Review of the Policy Expert, Home Insurance:

Was loyal customer since 2017, no more

Great service when selling a policy, but when you make a claim your nightmare begins. They don't return calls, their quote they made will not cover cost of the damage and if you don't like it you will have to take it up with authorities. Would not recommend them and certainly will not be renewing. It seems I am not the only one having when making a claim. You have been warned, proceed with Policy Expert and hope you don't have to make a claim Reviewed on: 25th May 2024
