I have been banking with Halifax for 15 years with excellent customer service always received, so I thought I would have a look at the other products they offered and came across car insurance. Not only was the deal competitive but has been nothing but plain sailing from the start, in fact I didn't even use comparison sites this year as I usually do and just auto renewed for the first time ever! Great Service

I have been with Halifax for 15 years now, and only when I ended up taking a mortgage out with another bank at a preferential rate did I realise how easy Halifax made things for customers. The banking app is brilliant, with an easy to use security sign in, and I love that I can telephone directly to a branch unlike some other banks! Reviewed on: 16th November 2016
