I recently lost my Debit Card whilst out shopping in a local shopping mall. I went directly to the Nationwide and was really please with how they dealt with me and my problem, they could not have been more helpful and professional. I also received my new card within 3 days - Top marks Nationwide Reviewed on: 15th April 2019

I find Nationwide so easy to deal with and so helpful, in my opinion they are head an shoulders above most other banks. I have transferred to other banks but come back to Nationwide. They have a good range of products to suit most people as well as good customer service. Its top marks from me Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
