I have never had to use the customer service functio...

I have never had to use the customer service function, as everything has been very self explanatory and simple to use. Even when it comes to the app, easy to set up direct debits and also sending and receiving money, even making requests. It’s great Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Great, easy to use, user friendly. Would refer to friends and family. Balance is easy to pay off though setting up the direct debit for payments is difficult and could be easier Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
