Monthly interest ruined PayPal credit

PayPal credit was an excellent service for me as a student however my thoughts on it have changed after they changed their terms and conditions and applied interest to monthly transactions. Adding interest seems as if they are preying on those who need a little financial help and making it seem impossible for them to pay it off Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
