Compassionate Caring Professional Staff and Service.

My now dead ex husband tried to kill me and when he went to prison i was left with the debt as it was mostly in joint names, some i was not even aware of! Anyway the family councillor who was assisting me and my children advised I should contact Pay Plan. They got everything under control so that i could remain in the family home and pay the debt off at an affordable rate. Years later even after his passing i am still paying but they have allowed me to stay in my home and keep things under control. The staff are professional and accessible. I have many complaints about how i have been treated by the system but I no complaints about Pay Plan and i have been a client for over 10 years. Excellent much needed service. All the staff I have dealt with have been compassionate and caring. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
