Excellent small building society.

Always able to get through to speak to someone, which is very rare these days. Always friendly, helpful staff that know what they are talking about, again very rare to find. If they say they will call you back, they always do. Although they are not a big company they could certainly teach the big banks & other financial companies a thing or two. Personal Services

The Vernon Building Society is one of the few companies who actually give you a very one to one experience that fills you with confidence. Their staff are very friendly, informative and exceptionally helpful, whether you speak to them on the phone or visit one of their offices around Stockport. Being a small society doesn't detract from the excellent, competitive products they have to offer. I would definitely prefer to deal with this company than the large impersonal companies that dominate the market. Reviewed on: 5th December 2018
