Cheap, easy and no problems

We unfortunately had to claim for a significant sum (the pup is now fine thankfully). It was simple and easy to do, with zero worries on my side. Can't recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Not involved in financial crash!

As the title suggests, my reason for moving to a challenger bank is obvious. However, with a lot of the features from Monzo, it is actually a bank I'm happy to use - even so far as being willing to vote for them instead of ignoring this entirely. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

How banks should be in this age

Monzo is still relatively new, and coming out with updates and features regularly. Due to this there Mary be some things that are not currently available that are a standard elsewhere (payM for example). However, they are transparent and open and it is a refreshing change to have a bank ask the community what they want, and then strive to make it happen where possible. I also think that it's thanks to these companies (Monzo, Sterling etc) that the banking industry is finally being dragged into the 21st century. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
