Review of the Barclaycard, Platinum Credit Card:

Simple

No problems with them at all, when calling for simple enquiries they not only sort out the query but also anticipate a need you hadn't thought of. Regularly get great 0% offers through for balance transfers and cash, I have 4 other credit cards with other companies none of which have the same level of service. I feel secure and trust the bank without them putting unnecessary 'DPA' barriers in place. (this review is from someone that has worked in consumer credit loans for 8 years).
