Review of the Provident Insurance, Car Insurance:

Never use again

Chose Provident as it was cheaper than Swinton who I was with originally. I now know that was a big mistake. I've rung Provident twice now about changes I'd like to make to my policy. I couldn't make any of them for some ridiculous reason or another. The only way forward is to pay the £55 cancellation fee and go back to Swinton who are always professional and helpful.
