A fantastic product , set up was easy , management of the account through the app is simple allowing instant real time overview of the account with the ability to change payment amounts , customer service is both accessible ( speaking to a person , which in this day and age is not common due to automated call handling systems ) responsive and effective which is refreshing , really makes the customer feel valued - if all financial matters were as easy as this to manage the world would be a much happier place!
