Luckily I’ve not had to contact PayPal recently for anything, however I have contacted customer services a few years ago, this was due to fraud. my experience with customer services were excellent and my was returned to me almost instantly!! I love PayPal and I never pay for anything unless it’s through my PayPal account, that’s how much I trust them. i am forever telling friends & family to use PayPal to protect themselves against fraud.
