I had a problem with the app, so I rang CS and they sorted out the payment date for me and got the app updated. Reviewed on: 5th May 2026

I had a problem with the app, and when I emailed them about it, they were very supportive as well, because someone had managed to get my card details and tried to use it online, so they quickly cancelled the card deleted the bogus transaction and issued me a new card. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

I’ve had one of their cards for about 2 years, and it started off at £200, but after about a year they up it to £500, which is a manageable amount, and they didn’t force me into accepting the credit increase either. They left that decision to me. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024
