I had an issue with a suspected fraudulent payment!

I had an issue with a suspected fraudulent payment! I asked Zable to freeze my card & report the transaction, they acted straight away! However I deducted it was a family member who was using my card & didn't tell me, so I rang Zables helpline, little to no wait time & the lady on the phone unblocked my card & I could use it that same afternoon! Can't complain, but please if you could, increase my limit please :) Reviewed on: 29th May 2024
