Good Customer Service But Terrible Interest

While I realise that interest rates are low on all bank accounts, I do not believe there is any reason for them to be; the Bank of England rate does not determine what other banks can give on their accounts. Right now my current account offers no reason to keep money in it for any length of time, and to be honest neither do my savings accounts with Halifax either, which is why I have moved most of my money in other places where I can more easily make some return upon it. I've always found their customer care to be very good, with excellent staff, but until the products on offer match the quality of the staff it is hard to recommend. Reviewed on: 20th November 2016
