After being made redundant, I was desperate for help...

After being made redundant, I was desperate for help to sort out debt. I contacted Step Change for support, and they have! I can sleep at night, I'm not dodging the calls or worried about what the postman will bring that day. I am paying off my debts, I have given authority to my partner to help me. All my debts are paid in one payment and Step Change do the rest for free! 100% of the funds I pay go towards paying off my debts. The staff I have spoken to are so professional and yet friendly. At NO time have I felt judged, not once. When I was made redundant during covid, I felt desperate, not knowing where to turn, now I'm settled back in a new job, and the stress of repaying my debts is lifted.
