Real people exist in their customer service team!

all good, someone’s there if you want to speak to them, if you don’t need help, they don’t pester you. Timely statements emailed, communication is good all round. They offer credit increases which you have to accept if you want them, they don’t automatically up your limit. Reviewed on: 30th May 2024
