Fee structure and helpful staff

I’d like to see the option to pay fee’s from my current account then selling down my funds and given the fee’s for using Moneybox this seems fair especially when other investing apps of a similar cost offer this. I find staff very helpful and it’s good to see the app often receives updates. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

I save money - thats awesome!

Chip is brilliant meets my needs. I LOVE saving. Chip makes it easy - I don’t notice the money being saved but I do notice my savings increasing! It’s out of sight so I’m not tempted to slide a tenner back as I would if there account was listed next to my current account The customer service is easy and accessibly - much better than my well known bank once deemed the ‘local bank’ wink wink Reviewed on: 14th November 2018
