Brilliant bank, superb customer service

I cannot praise Marks and Spencer bank enough, they are absolutely brilliant. From call centre staff to in branch, I am glad I made the switch. For me, the branches being open 7 days a week until 8 at night most nights is invaluable. I'm greeted by name, I feel valued as a customer, I couldn't recommend them enough.
