PayPal helped me through the tough period

They PayPal Customer service helped me understand how I could manage my money better by offering options of manageable credit and 3 interest free instalments. I thought I have ended up in unmanageable situation (when unexpectedly my phone just broke beyond repair and my computer was too old to work) but what they have offered worked for me.
