SUPER SERVICE 3 daysinto policy an accident car...

3 days into policy unfortunately had an accident car written off Admiral were superb in the handling of claim at all steps of the way.Customer service were extremely polite understanding knowledgeable put me at ease. The person who informed us of offer for car were super quick with a sum we were very happy with and the matter was solved so fast.So thank you Admiral would recommend in a heartbeat. Insurance ripp off

Think your getting a good deal until you have an accident. I had a terrible motorbike accident over a year ago. I took out the extra cover for personal injury. £19.99. When the accident happened my wife called a good lawyer not one of these no win no fee. A few weeks later I get a call from a company claiming to for Hastings. I said I have already appointed a lawyer who has already started work on my case. They didn't tell me that my personal injury payment would not be paid unless they were my lawyers, keep away un trustworthy. Take your money won't pay out. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2016
