Initially took out insurance with Multi Gadget Insure due to their great value. Unfortunately, I experienced a problem with the insurance I set up with them, however, I was assured it was a rare and isolated case, and it was resolved. Their customer service during this process was truly unparalleled. Really amazed by the lengths they have gone to help me, so I have come here to write a review for them.
