A bit annoying not being able to set up a new accoun...

A bit annoying not being able to set up a new account immediately when you are already a customer and having to produce I D etc. Reviewed on: 31st May 2024

Reply from Newbury Building Society Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we appreciate that this is frustrating, however we are required to ensure ID for security when opening accounts, we do look regularly at how we can make this simpler while complying with regulation.
