Paypal not bad but not good enough.

I brought an item on eBay payed through PayPal it am was faulty and PayPal would not let me send it back or refund me even though I spoke to the seller and they were find about me sending it back. Unfortunately PayPal staff are not trained enough for specialised items. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
