Help & service when needed !!

As a single mom to a toddler there is always a need for something! Clothes, toys, new shoes but I can have confidence that if I don’t have the full funds ready at that time due to a large nursery bill or similar I can pay in 3, pay with credit. When I have had issues with sellers PayPal have been quick and helpful and luckily over the years this has only happened twice but I have felt confident everytime I’ve had contact with PayPal that it will be sorted. I also love that I can set up a standing order to pay off any outstanding credit so it’s now less task to juggle. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Great service and product.

Always supportive in cases when suppliers are not issuing the goods they should. Easy to report, easy process & fast responses. Online account/app is easy to understand and navigate and I always feel I can find the information I need. I feel I can shop with thousands of suppliers and feel protected with no concerns of being exposed to online scams. It has been really helpful while juggling money since having my newborn as they need a lot of supplies!! Reviewed on: 1st June 2024
