Reliable and friendly

HSBC has never let me down. Since the day I joined which was fast and easy, HSBC have helped me with any payment problems, such as when a company withdrew money without authorisation, they compensated me and opened an inquiry with the company which was speedily resolved. They have never charged me and have always gotten my details correct. They are also very helpful if I have lost my card or if I want to open new accounts or change my details or when offering advice. ... Reviewed on: 23rd April 2015
