Outstanding customer service

Recieved a call in regards to starting a life insurance policy and couldn't have spoken to a more friendly and helpful individual. So easy to set up a tailor made policy to ensure peace of mind. This was all whilst Covid-19 was at it's worst and they still maintained a friendly and professional attitude. Couldn't recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 21st August 2020

Great service and fun to talk to

Was great to speak with the team, they are relaxed, down to earth and happy to take their time to assist you getting the right product. No pressure selling and an actually enjoyable. I was thinking it was going to be long and boring but it was actually pleasant. Keep up the great work! Was happy to pause whilst our daughter was interrupting and making the staff laugh. Excellent and fully explained service

We received excellent service from the Protect Line representative. We were not pressured in any way to buy any product at any stage. Everything was explained in detail and step by step guidance through the medical elements. Took a second policy out for my wife as well and subsequently received a £40 shopping card as well. Easy to sort out, very straight forward and great customer service

We initially knew nothing about life insurance and how to go about getting it, the whole process over the phone was very straight forward and didn’t take long at all, we didn’t have to do anything really everything was set up from there end with just a few questions or us to answer, would definitely recommend.
