Complicated and difficult process and app

I found the app to be not particularly customer-friendly and a little bit confusing to use. The interest rates were not high enough to warrant having a more difficult system than your standard Savings bank. I also found it difficult to find in the year statements for interest earned for tax purposes Reviewed on: 21st January 2026
