The online application was easy to navigate and complete, it was easy to understand and the documentation was sent through quickly and was easy to understand, once the application was completed and approved the funds were transferred quickly. The communication with rate setter has been clear and I have always known what my rate and payments will be, whilst this is how it should be it’s not always the case and I’m really glad I chose ratesetter for my personal loan!
