Voting is now open for the Consumer credit awards 2025

The Consumer credit awards, run by Smart Money People, are back for their tenth year. Voting opens today, Monday 7 April 2025.

The Consumer credit awards put the customer at the heart of the industry and help to find the best credit providers and their partners in the UK. Unlike other industry awards, winners are chosen based on customer reviews rather than a judging panel. Customers can vote by rating their favourite product provider out of five and leaving a review on the Smart Money People website.

Last year, Money Wellness took home both the ‘Company of the year’ and ‘Customer service champion’ awards, while East Kilbride Credit Union was also a standout winner, earning the ‘Treating customers fairly champion’ title and ‘Best credit union (North).’
