Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Quick and easy way to manage global transfers!

Revolut has been very handy for day to day financial management along with navigating various currencies - being able to exchange quickly has been a great help, it keeps things clean and tidy and you know exactly what you are getting. I got a revolut account to make small purchases and to benefit from referral rewards. Hopefully it's worth it in the long run - I'm still waiting to find out. I did have to pay £4.99 for delivery of a physical card, and it's a £10 minimum deposit, which could be better. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026
