Ripe used to be good Even though I have no claims, stayed with Ripe, insurance has gone up to £200 this year. A lot cheaper at other places. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024

Worst insurance of my life ever.

Worst insurance of my life ever. Incompetent handling, poor reasoning and never call you back as promised. Left to your own devices to chase them throughout any claim. 9 weeks into a claim so far and we haven’t got a reason why 70% cost of caravan damage from a third party who admitted fault is taking so long to settle. Great Caravan Insurance

I have only been with ripe insurance for 1 year but was so easy to get, hassle free, and reasonably priced I will be renewing my policy this month for another year, and hopefully for however I may have my caravan Thank you Ripe Insurance Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024

Very poor customer service.

You advertise first class customer service but deliver very poor customer service. I have been sent round in circles trying to make a claim and getting to speak to a human has so far proved impossible. I have been asked for the same information two or three times and no one cares!
