Claim Due to Storm Damage resolved quickly

I had to make a claim for my caravan due to storm damage, I had no issues in getting through on the telephone, they had no companies in my area on their books for a quote, I found a local agent, they quoted, this was accepted and when the repair was carried out the money as forwarded to me immediately. I had the quote and it was accepted within a week, the hold up was getting it booked in for repair which was nothing to do with Ripe, all in all it was all sorted within one month and that was in December. Excellent service I expected long hold ups etc but that was not the case. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025
