Ignorant with discriminatory practice.

Rubbish, avoid! This company uses dhscriminatiey means in deciding whether a person is eligible for a loan . I'm 67 with a £2200 monthly income, but even though I meet their minimum £1500 pm income, because I'm retired and don't work they've dismissed my application and treat me as inferior. A pension income is for life, a job income is insecure. I wouldn't have minded if they'd said we don't think you're able to afford re payments, but this is discriminatory and they're treading a very thinline legally. Avoid this Company. They only answered my e mail because I complained about their ignorance. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Don't use them

On time and up to date with payments but despite this, they still keep hounding and spamming you. Rubbish customer service skills too. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024
