Careful staff and attentive to details

The staff at branch is careful with details and make sure every step is done properly. I could imagine if the same process is done in other banks, the staff will just say ok to everything but ends up messing the whole process and requires me to go back to handle it again. Shambolic

Been with Santander for 13 years my card has been lost or stolen,hard to know after 3/4 days of trying to get through to Robots...I did eventually get through to their ' fraud' dept...I thought they would be assertive,willing to help &;above all friendly!! She was none of these I mean it was 9 o'clock in the morning bless her,probably had a row with her other half or a night on the lash!
