Can't rave enough about this account! Helpful service and great that I get cashback on some bills too! I used to use Lloyds so the switchover to Santander was really painless and took just 7 days. I would urge anyone thinking of switching accounts to look at this account. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2015

Easy to switch and great account

Outstanding product

I can't rave enough about how clever the 123 current account is. There is a 2 pound monthly fee, but this is more than made up for by the better savings rate on offer and cashback on household bills makes it really clever...cash back on bills is a nice feeling. Reviewed on: 10th June 2015

Outstanding

Amazing, love the card!

Fantastic cashback on the services I already use.

Santander have a reputation for less than great customer service. In my experience this couldn't be further from the truth. The staff in my branch are friendly and welcoming and I can always book an appointment with a colleague to discuss my needs. The 123 cashback on direct debits always outweighs the £2 monthly fee on my account and up to 3% on balances beats even the most enticing of ISAs at the moment. Reviewed on: 28th April 2015

Rewarding and innovative current account

Recently changed to a Santander 1|2|3 joint current account after over 30 years with an HSBC individual current account. I was attracted by the cashback benefits and the fantastic interest rates. In fact, the interest rates are so good over £3000, that you can even use it as a savings account and for your ISA until April. Customer Service is five star

I recently went into my local branch and needed help with finding transactions on an account that had since been closed.The cashier dealt with me to begin with but as it was going to take some time referred me over to another member of the team that took me to a different desk and sat me down. I was in there over half an hour and the lady was brilliant.Printed everything off I required was polite and professional throughout.I left feeling so much better than went I went in as they were so helpful.Well done.
