Scottish Widows MERRY GO ROUND

Terrible Customer service/ Waiting for hours on hold . Trying to claim my late Brothers personal pension , have been stuck in limbo since October , all relevant paperwork has been sent in BUT NOTHING PAID OUT. Complaints fall on deaf ears you are not allowed to talk to Managers as they don't deal with customers. If you expect to get your pension out DON'T PAY THIS COMPANY A PENNY YOU'LL HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET IT OUT Reviewed on: 11th January 2023
