Useless

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Moving my investments over to them through a financial advisor has been the biggest life and financial mistake I’ve ever made. Don’t answer emails, impossible to communicate with. Can’t communicate with each other. One unexplained cost after another. I’ve lost £1000s Reviewed on: 11th January 2023

Hopeless since taken over

Suffolk Life were excellent - since they have been taken over and rebranded as Curtis Banks they are hopeless. They even telephoned me to ask me if I had received a payment 3 months earlier because their records showed they had failed to make it!! Reviewed on: 17th April 2019

Hopelessly incompetent.

Fail to carry out instructions, late with their statements, fail to question two valuations 30% apart and simply plump for the lower, fail to react to complaints until you threaten the Pension Ombudsman. Reviewed on: 13th September 2018
