I’ve tried similar apps to Snoop in the past, but there was a lot of admin involved and it wasn’t the easy process that Snoop makes it. I can easily access my money “stats” in all accounts, and make plans for savings and account for required spending. As a Business Analyst I know the value of data, and being able to see at a glance how much I spent in certain areas has helped me to cut back and rationalise what I’m doing - I have more savings now than I’ve ever done. Additionally, the “snoops” are a great function - there is so much to know and learn about finances, and Snoop makes it so much easier. Being able to “like” certain snoops so you can receive more of what is helpful to you really personalises the experience and provides genuine value. I’ve been able to switch both my internet and my energy to much better deals through Snoop. I honestly recommend it to so many people all the time, I don’t know what I’d do without it now. I have only been using Snoop for around 3 months, however I have been very impressed with what I can do with the app and the info it can provide regarding upcoming bills. I haven't contacted support as of yet so can't comment on the customer service but can definitely recommend the app itself. Reviewed on: 25th March 2021
