Helped me change the way I spend my money

The app has really helped me see how I spend my money better than a lot of other apps that claim to do the same. The ability to make personalised categories and add specific payments to it has completed changed how I see and spend my money! I’ve been using snoop for little over 4-5 months now, I feel much more aware of my spending habits, I’ve analysed and reviewed my spendings and I’ve even made some goals both short and long term. All of this I must say is not on paper or a spreadsheet yet, simply by having a good “Snoop” around the app and my linked accounts. It can require that you spend some time to get all your emails, letters, log in to your subscription providers, etc to find a few details, then add contract dates (if it hasn’t already automatically figured it out for you), filtering through your transactions to get everything properly categorised, but then it’s an amazingly powerful tool! Reminders when payments are due are easy day-to-day activities in the app to help keep track, while contract renewal dates and best times to change are a good way to start creating your financial goals ( I was hoping to reduce the cost of each at renewal), which ‘Snoop’ made easier by highlighting around 3 weeks before, that it would be cheaper and made it easy to compare prices too! ‘Snoops’ are really useful; suggestions on your spending, other apps that can be useful and another huge range of suggestions on how to help manage, reduce and make the most out of your money. Again, if you take your time to rate your ‘Snoops’ on relevance, etc; it only gets better! I’ve managed to reduce my monthly outgoings by around £250 already, and over the next 12 months I anticipate a further £100 by clearing the last of my debt and changing some direct debits to yearly payment instead. Great app for keeping track of my bank accounts, insurances, mortgage and bills. Built in comparisons for when contracts end make switching nice and easy, sometimes have exclusive deals with companies as well so worth it even for browsing the market as a whole. Reviewed on: 12th February 2022

This app is great because it gives you the power to look at your finances in the round and then dig deep into areas to see where you can make improvements. It is so easy to set up and strikes the right balance between prompting you to pay attention to your finances and not overwhelming you to get constant attention. Reviewed on: 12th February 2022

Stretching the Uni Budget

I'm a uni student which means money needs to go as far as it possibly can. I need the basics, like groceries and stationary, then things like drinking, eating out and going on nice trips. Snoop has been amazing, last year i was spending too much money on needless things, and not spending my money in a smart way. Snoop allowed me to see exactly what I was spending, where and how often. It allowed me to cut back my spending on drinks, on eating out, food deliveries and will soon allow me to go on a holiday and make meaningful memories with those I love.
