I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and have not been happier. When I was first looking for golf insurance there where loads of companies that where offering free balls, free golf games and more but when you read on the cover you got was basic. Then because of illness I didn’t play for a couple of years then when I was well enough and I was looking for cover I came across SCD and there was no faffing about with free stuff to bribe you, it was just straight and direct as in the name no mucking about the representative were very help full and polite and very helpful plus and this is a big plus they informed me that there would not be an extra charge for my golf buggy where as all the other company’s wanted to bump the price up for that but SCD it was the same price they quoted and it covered my buggy. So these are the reason I’m still with them and a very happy customer and will be staying with them in the future. Reviewed on: 6th September 2024

Superb value cover, with exceptional Customer Service

Golf club broken on holiday taxi journey, emailed SportsCover Direct. By the time I returned home the full replacement cost less excess had been agreed, and new club purchased within 10 days of first contact. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

I'm happy with the cost and level of cover and it was quick and easy to pay for the cover online. Hopefully I will never need to claim, but if I do need to claim hopefully the process will be straight forward and problem free. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

A company that understands different specialisms.

It's unusual to find an insurance company that understands the different types of climbing and thus different types of risk - some class all types together which means you can unfairly pay mountaineering rates for low level bouldering. Sportscover Direct understands these differences and charges appropriately. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
