good detail online and excellent human help on phone

found the cover online but could not find the deatil i needed to prove my cover. phone call was answered quickly with not too many autoatendant choices to get to the right person. The first human that i talked to was polite , and knolegable and was able to guide me quickly to the right place. they also explained wat would come when I bought the policy , and indeed it did come as decribed and as promised. the price for a coulle age 68 was good . good price, nice website, policy with features I want

regularly travel to sports competitions abroad with my daughter - the cover they offer is well thought out; very easy to navigate the web site and purchase; prices always reasonable and competitive. never had to call on the policy, thankfully so can;t comment on that aspect - but the instructions about what to do if a problem arises is very clear.
