Having used SportsCover Diirect for a few years I have always found them to be very easy and quick to contact, information and help from staff is always knowledgable and concise as well as being friendly. Although I have never needed to claim I have always felt because of the detailed cover for my needs that I am fully covered and if a claim arised it would be dealt with quickly and to my satifaction.
