Disappointed in the communication skills

I have not been able to login to my account for several months now. The reason behind that was I had changed my mobile phone number. I have emailed on numerous occasions requesting for this matter to be resolved. Emails have been sent back to me on the next step and that it’s self is very useless I’m sorry to say. My most recent encounter with the suits me support team was on the 15/04/25. The customer support agent i spoke with was a girl named Mary, my query was with regards to my card being defected and this was handled and explained to me swift and clear. Mary the agent was very polite and helpful, her control on the call was very re-assuring and calming. Opening a Suits Me account was very straightforward and quick. I received my Mastercard without any hassle, and the mobile app is user-friendly. It’s great for managing day-to-day transactions and online payments, especially if you don’t have a traditional UK bank account. I was able to link it to other platforms easily.
