Very poor customer service .

Got the account open no problem.kept getting messages the account was unblocked every day. I’ve waited on the phone over the last 2 days for over 2 hours twice and then cut off. I have money in The account but can’t transfer it via the app as that is blocked & the card is also blocked. Will try again tomorrow Reviewed on: 2nd September 2025

I Closed this account as the fees are extortionate...

I Closed this account as the fees are extortionate only to find they’ve kept it open. A recent refund also has been accepted into the account which I was expecting to bounce back. As the account should if been closed Now they’re trying to make me jump threw hoops asking for out of scope identification me holding up ID on the account that should’ve been closed. Don’t use these people they are ruthless and underhanded. I would not trust it with my money as far as I could throw them. if you value your money, you’ll stay clear.. Reviewed on: 26th July 2025
